The operation software is a key element for the flexibility of the FLX. It is Windows based, easy to use and features a fully graphical user interface which simplifies operation and programming.

Feeders are automatically recognised by the machine to eliminate programming time. A bar code based set up procedure avoids wrong loaded parts and ensures the highest possible quality level.
The universal magnetic PCB holder enables quick changeover. No tooling is required for format change. The bottom clearance is very large to produce double sided PCB or to install customer specific substrate holders. |
