Reversible paints/inks are widely used in the consumer market being assembled for use in hair curling tongs, electric kettles & pressure cookers, having proved to be an ideal warning device and an indicator for many customized applications
AUTOCLAVE INK
This is an ink which has a very distinct colour change under steam autoclave conditions.
Applications
i) Air brushed onto paper or cloth labels, plastics, glass or metal
ii) Autoclave processing of fruit, meat and vegetables

Changes colour after 15-30 minutes when exposed to saturated steam at 116°C/241°F to 127°C/261°F - (equivalent of 10 to 20 PSI).
Supplied in the following containers: 1, 2.5 and 25 litres. |
