The through-stencil vision system controls the alignment of stencil and substrate. An image processing software detects any misplacement and advices the user precisely how much XY and angle correction is required.

A clean stencil is a pre-requisite for reproducible printing results. Therefore, the SP150 cleans it during each PCB loading cycle.

Alignment correction is an easy task: The printer shows to the operator which knobs have to be turned in which direction. It continuously controls the results and releases for printing only if the alignment is perfect.

The software is fully graphical and very easy to operate. Behind the scenes a highly sophisticated image processing software is responsible for the precise alignment of the stencil.
