With the stencil printers of the SP200 Series, all of the print parameters are measured and controlled. Thus, the printing results are always reproducible and not influenced by the operator. The printers excel by their high flexibility and short change-over times.

The process is always in view: the clearly structured user interface makes the programming of the printer a quick and easy learning task. All print parameters are programmable and controlled. Print results are accurate and reproducible, independent of the operator.

Two vision cameras look through the stencil to the printed-circuit board for exact alignment. At the same time, they recognize any dirt in the stencil‘s openings or the pads. After alignment, printing starts immediately without further mechanical shifting.

Rubber or metal squeegees (also for lead free pastes!) can be used. The squeegee pressure is continuously regulated during the printing process. For automatic alignment parallel to the stencil, the squeegees are supported in the centre.

The side slider with the universal PCB holder allows an easy, fast and secure handling.
