CO2 Laser marking system
This machine is designed to accurately mark PCB’s within a production line. A so called “flying laser” concept is used which means that PCB is locked in its position while the CO2 laser is moved using servo controlled X – Y axis.
YAG Laser marking system
This machine is designed to accurately mark PCB’s, ceramics, metals or plastics using a YAG laser. The laser is mounted at a fixed position while the product is moved underneath using a servo controlled X – Y table.
Automatic labelling system
This machine is designed to accurately apply labels on bare PCB's or on tape of components. Our system uses an X-Y table to position the PCB under an applicatorhaed capable of placing it under desired angle.
Scan station
Intergrates the 'Adomo' (Advanced Optical Module) system. This systems enables the inspection of large areas with high resolution and short cycle times using stepper controlled mirror heads within the 'Adomo' module. One application for this is PCB scanning for multipurpose position 1D/2D trecability markings.
